In the fall of 2015, my partners and I bought the Mont Farlagne located in New Brunswick.
The mountain worked mostly with cash registers and paper.
No control was therefore possible and get numbers that allowed to manage the business was a challenge.
We chose to implement the e4Soft solution because it covered all the needs of our ski resort.
We could implement the solution in a progressive manner. The Open Source mode allowed us to work with banks of hours and and thus gradually evolve.
For our first season, we implant ticketing, season passes, cafeteria, bar (which is a very important department) and restaurant.
Everything worked great and we could count on the E4soft support when we were not able to do certain transactions by ourselves.
Result of the season : we made a turnover of 2 times of what we have budgeted.
