- If you are a customer of the commercial version or if you have a bank of hours for clients in GPL mode, you can create a ticket on the site HelpServe
- If you are a customer in GPL mode without bank of hours you can use the discussion forum
- you also have access to training videos
We try to be as available as possible, our goal is to consider your application within 4 hours.
On the other hand, we can not guarantee a time-period for resolving a problem, this is inherent to the computer world.
In all cases, if the problem is not with our software (network problem, hard drive, computer, ....), our intervention will be billed at $ 100 per hour if you have no contract with us.
